Q. Please describe the issue
A. Someone is living in a Tent on the side of the woods on Grattan St next to the Highway exit. First, it is very frustrating that this person is allowed to sit and beg for Money every single day. He doesn't pay taxes on the money he makes, makes our town look horrible and leaves trash all around where they sit. On top of all of that, where is this person going to the bathroom, in the public domain he is now camped out at? I do not pay taxes to have to see this every day or to have worry about the environmental issues of someone's waste out in the public.
