9/2/2016 I live at 221 East St in chicopee. My name is Gary Lambert .Today is recycle day and on my treebelt i had a box from an ac with other cardboard in it which was left behind and completely ignored by the trash personnel on the recycle truck! Here is my question if they don't pick it up as recyclable isn't then trash? If so why did they neglect it? Isn't their job to pick up waste? The box of boxes weighed about 2 1/2 pounds. Is that to heavy for trash personnel to lift? What is it they get paid for? Please inform me if I need to wait on the treebelt to help them do their job?
