Grass well over a foot tall. (tenant present)

For years now this property weed barrier has been exposed from the washing out of mulch that once covered the yard. (2004) Now there is nothing over the barrier and it looks like trash scattered about the front yard. Will the city please do something about this. It makes the block look trashy. This is not the first time this has been reported.

A bulk pick up was posted a month and a half ago and nothing has been picked up. Concidering contacting media about this address, the repeated violations, and the extended period we have been waiting to have this bulk removed. This pile was first reported in June by myself. Officer Steve Thomas responded, but the pile is still there! I finally got this tenant after 7 years to request a bulk pick up, but you have failed to do so. How can we neighbors express the importance of calling for a bulk pick up if the City doesn't follow through. PLEASE do not close this ticket until it is reolved. The l;ast tivket closed had the follwing comment from the city and the tickets were archived. (There were several tickets on this pile .) (The following is a reply to the last one.)

Grass is over a foot tall and needs cutting. This is a repeat offender. Has to be reported every time it is cut. Never cuts the grass without notice from the city.

Over-grown bush extended into sidewalk.

Holly bush, prickly, eye hazard, is extending into the sidewalk. Poked my god-son in the eye last weekend coming home from library.

This yard had a mulch covering over a weed barrier. The mulch has washed out and the black plactic lining is visible and beginiing to come up from the ground. It looks like a yard full of plastic trash.

Again... this property tenant has dumped furniture in the alley. I can not find a record of a bulk pick up. Please forward this complaint to Officer Steven D. Thomas. He has just spent a month trying to get these repeat offenders to change their ways. This is an issue every two to four weeks.

Huge concrete slabs have been dumped in the back yard. They have been there for 3+ years and neighbors have made numerous complaints. However, nothing has been done. This prperty has been auired by a known slum lord within the last month.

Two Tires dumped in back/side yard.

Television ini two parts dumped by trash can for pick up. Has been there for 6 weeks.

Dumped brush on rear of the property. Not in a proper place to request a bulk pick up.

This lot has grass over 2 feet tall. Along the back of the lot there is brush piled up waist high including a tree that has fallen. This discarded brush is contributing to rodent problems.The condition of this lot is an on-going issue!

Yard has grass exceeding 12 inches.

Indoor furniture being stored outside, unprotected. This is discarded junk that needs to be removed.

Twin bed placed in alley.

These tenants are always dumping debris in alley and never call for bulk pick ups. Repeat Offenders.

Tree limbs and brush are stacked across the alley from 2819 Barton Avenue on the Park grounds at the edge of the alley enterance from Essex Street. Can this please be removed.

Grass and weeds are two feet tall.

There are piles of demolation/construction materials in the back yard and down the side of the house nearest Hooper Street. This has been collecting and growing in size here since January 2013.
