Residents still have not cleaned up trash literally dumped into the middle of the alley and it is blowing onto other's property, including mine. Original issue was reported on 2/17. Dumping large amounts of bulk trash into the alley is a common occurrence with these residents. They've had multiple complaints against them and this is getting tiresome for those of us that drive through the alley.
