Description

Old black Jeep Wrangler with antique plates and attached trailer parked at location for over 3 weeks. Vehicle and trailer inhibit traffic entering and exiting at the intersection of Fendall Ave and Brookland Park Blvd. Have personally had someone almost hit me several times due to the trailer parked so close to the intersection.
