The center of the house is sinking(?) the doors and their casings are twisted. Windows will not close. The house appears as if it is collapsing in (?) on itself [implode?]. Additionally there are many missing or damaged porch slats . House is in a state of total deterioration. Requesting that it be inspected for safety. Tenants are moving to another location due to infractions that the owner will not address.
